Sophia Kong is an International  Oriental Dance /Belly Dance Artist ,Performer ,Choreographer & Instructor. She is  well-known in Malaysia. She perform for numerous corporate and commercial events such as

She also perform in many professional belly dance festivals and on international stage such as Turkey, Korea ,China, Taiwan and Singapore. 

In  September 2015 ,Sophia was invited to teach workshop and to perform in “The Tarazade 4^th Intercontinental Oriental Dance Festival” in Istanbul, Turkey .She is the first Malaysian who is invited to teach belly dance at one of  belly dance origin place Turkey with the world famous masters together from different countries!In addition, In recent June 2016,Sophia was invited to give Teacher Training Course in Chengdu, China of “ 1^st Silk Road Melody Festival” and  conducted workshops in Busan, Korea of “2^nd Narcisse Belly Dance World Festival”

Sophia is also a multi-award winners in Oriental Dance(Belly Dance). She is The winner of  2014 Global Oriental Dance Artists Competition, Belly Dance Asia 2013, Malaysia International Dance Championships 2012  and  Malaysia Open Dance Festival 2012.Sophia was also awarded “International Oriental Dance Class A Instructor” by Asia Belly Dance Federation due to her great achievement in Oriental dance.

Sophia is the organizer and producer of “Raqs Hourriya Rouhi” Gala Show which has held successfully continuous three years in Malaysia and got the great responses from Malaysia Dance and Media Society. She has also frequently invited to teach Belly Dance Workshops in Malaysia and also the regular judge in many belly dance competitions in Malaysia.

Her Innovative style distinguishes her as one of the most sought-after belly dance artist in Malaysia. Her dance is soulful, fill with emotion, expressive and passion. Her performance is charismatic and captivating. They are softness to her movements and lively and playful, with a greater outward projection of energy. Her audiences like her interaction as she is affinity and mischievous.

Sophia specialise in all different type of belly dance and dancing with props such as Isis wings, cane, veil, fanveil ,Spanish fan, veil poi, candelabra, feather fan, sword etc. Besides, she also dances to Jazz/Flamenco/Latin/Tango/Gypsy Fusion Belly Dance.
